Little Vines Day Care is committed to the giving each child the best care possible. Below is a list of our fees and a copy of the Statement of Cooperation. Please review each section carefully. At the bottom of the page are links to the forms needed for registration, there are five (5) total. FEES
Daycare/Pre-school
Registration (due annually) Toddlers, 2's, 3's, & 4's $50.00
Toddler (1-2 years of age) $115.00/week*
3 and 4 year olds $80.00/week*
*this covers morning and afternoon snack, lunches to be provided by parent
Before and After School Care
Registration (due annually) $25.00
Kindergarten - 6th grade (12th years old) $50.00/week*
*this covers afternoon snack
Summer Program
Summer/School Holidays for K - 6th grade (12 years old) $80.00/week*
*this covers morning and afternoon snack, lunches to be provided by parent
Church Member Discount
* All members of Vineyard Christian Fellowship receive a 10% discount on each child's tuition.
Family Member Discount
* Parents or Guardians with multiple children enrolled receive a 20% discount for each additional child after the first.
Late Pick Up $25.00
* Due on next scheduled payment each time a child is picked up after 6pm.
Late Payment $25.00
* Payments for the current week are due no later than Tuesday at 6pm. A late charge of $25.00 will be charged to your account for any payments received after that time. The late fee will be charged each week until the account is brought current.
* A child may be dropped from enrollment if your account is two weeks past due.
Holding Fee $50.00
* The Holding Fee is non-refundable.
* Each child is allotted up to two weeks vacation per year. You will not be charged for your child being absent those two weeks if you have scheduled this vacation time in writing ahead of time.
* Any absence that has not been scheduled or exceeds the two weeks time allotment will result in your child being automatically dropped from the active enrollment to waiting for enrollment.
Full payment is required even if the child attends only a portion of the week.

Statement of Cooperation
- I hereby agree to accept all rules and regulations of Little Vines Daycare on the applicant’s behalf.
- I hereby pledge to pay my financial obligations to Little Vines Daycare on the date due and understand a late fee of $25.00 will be added to all Daycare rates if I fail to meet that obligation. I understand that in the event it becomes necessary for Little Vines Daycare to collect funds through the form of litigation for tuition, insufficient funds checks, or other checks returned for non-payment, I am to be held responsible for all court costs and attorney fees that are incurred by Little Vines Daycare.
- I hereby give Little Vines Daycare staff permission to perform CPR/First Aid in the event of an emergency. I understand the staff is certified in accordance with ACSI and State Mandate.
I understand that Little Vines Daycare reserves the right to expel any child who fails to comply with the established rules and regulations, or whose financial obligation remains unpaid after the due date. If this occurs, or s/he is withdrawn, the currents week’s charges are DUE AND PAYABLE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- I agree to uphold and support the high academic standards of Little Vines Daycare by encouraging my child to comply with his/her teacher or caregivers.
- I understand that the standards of Little Vines Daycare do not tolerate profanity, obscenity in word, action, or clothing, dishonoring the Holy Trinity or the Word of God, or disrespect to any personnel employed by the Center.
- I understand that discipline is necessary for the welfare of each child, as well as the entire Center. I give my permission for my child’s teacher and the Director of the center to make and enforce classroom regulations in a manner consistent with Christian principles and to discipline as set forth in Scripture and in the Student Handbook.
